Living Not Beige develops housing projects in response to feedback from people registered on our database.

‘Adelaide Hills’ is regularly mentioned in feedback as an ideal location for a sustainable cluster housing development.  Consequently, we’re in discussion with landowners in the hills and the concept of an eco-development at Wistow is currently being formulated.

By putting people at the center of the development process and involving future residents early, we achieve greater diversity and more innovation.

Our ecovillage cluster housing project at Aldinga demonstrates that tapping into common interests and involving prospective residents from an early stage in a development reduces risk and stimulates community.
